68, of Springfield died Friday at St. John's Hospice.

She was born Aug. 16, 1927, in Champaign, the daughter of Louis Ira and Helen Irene Sewell Nolan. She married Robert L. Frantz Sr. in 1947. Mrs. Frantz was employed by the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Survivors: husband, Robert L. Frantz Sr.; two sons, Robert L. Frantz Jr. and Rusty L. Frantz, both of Springfield; three daughters, Mrs. Frank (Rhonda) Dunning of Marion, Mrs. Brian (Rebecca) Doyle of Fairfield, Conn., and Mrs. Richard (Rachel) Neal of Springfield; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. William (Mary) Nolan of Springfield and Mrs. Robert (Mary) Combis of Pekin; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Boardman-Smith Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Marty Nagel officiating. Burial: Camp Butler National Cemetery.
