Frank was the fifth son of Andrew M. Carter and Martha Ruark's marriage. At this point, I don't know much about Frank except that he married Nina Palmer on May 5, 1906 in Fulton county, Illinois. He worked in the mines for awhile and later was a teamster traveling the United States. As I get more information, I will update this page.
