Fannie was the oldest daughter of Andrew M. Carter and Martha Ruark's marriage. She first married William W. Williams on January 30, 1887 in Fulton county, Illinois. Whether William died or they were divorced, I do not know at this time. I am still researching that. On April 07, 1902, Fannie married William's cousin, Robert Henry Williams in Fulton county, Illinois. I am hoping for pictures for Fannie and her descendants.
